Return & Exchange Policy

At Threads by Serene, every piece is designed and packaged with care, love, and attention to detail. We aim for complete customer satisfaction, and while issues are rare, we’re here to help in the unlikely event that something isn’t right with your order.


🕒 Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, but only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The fault lies with Threads by Serene.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You must contact our support team at hello@threadsbyserene.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • You may be asked to provide photos or videos as proof of the issue.

If your return is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • If the error is ours, we will also cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the issue is not due to our fault, the return request may not be approved.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for sizing or style preferences under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

⚠️ Please note:

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the exchange is due to a company error (e.g., wrong item sent).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending items back to us.

❌ Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Scarves that have been opened or tried on
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Sale or discounted items, unless they arrive damaged

🌍 International Orders

We proudly ship worldwide. For international customers:

  • Return and exchange requests will be handled case-by-case.
  • If the item is faulty and it’s our mistake, we’ll cover the return shipping.
  • In all other cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Please note that customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
